How AI credits work

Shared credit balance: Agency and Unlimited plans use a single balance shared across all connected domains. Credits are not assigned individually to each website.

Flexible usage: you can use more credits on active websites and fewer credits on websites that do not currently need them.

Add your own limits per domain: for «Agency» or «Unlimited» plans, you can optionally add limits per domain.

Monthly subscriptions: included credits expire on the next renewal date, normally one month after they are granted.

Annual subscriptions: included credits expire on the next annual renewal date, normally one year after they are granted.

Credits do not roll over: when a new subscription credit allowance is granted after renewal, any unused balance from the previous subscription period expires.

Credit top-ups: additional credit packages expire exactly two years after they are granted and remain separate from subscription credits. Purchase additional AI credits .

Important: the additional month of credits included with annual plans increases the total number of credits granted, but does not extend the subscription or credit validity period to 13 months.

Actual credit consumption depends on the AI feature, model and type of content generated. More complex operations may consume more credits than simple text-generation tasks.
